Services are subject to availability based on location, scheduling, and operational requirements.
2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings or program registrations are subject to confirmation by Chakadola Foundation.
Customers/participants are requested to provide accurate details (name, address, contact number, etc.).
Advance registration is recommended for faster assistance.
Chakadola Foundation reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments/events due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, operational issues, staff availability, etc.).
3. Membership / Program Participation
Participation in membership or welfare programs is valid only for the selected duration (if applicable).
Benefits provided under any program must be utilized within the applicable period.
Unused benefits will not be carried forward or refunded unless specifically stated.
Memberships or registrations are non-transferable.
4. Payments
All prices/donations are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments must be made through approved payment methods (UPI, cash, bank transfer, or other communicated methods).
Charges and donation policies are subject to change without prior notice.
Once payment or donation is made, refunds will not be provided except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Chakadola Foundation.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants must inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments or registrations.
Same-day cancellations may be considered as a utilized service.
No refunds for partially utilized memberships or services.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Participants must ensure they provide accurate information during registration.
They should cooperate with Foundation representatives during services or events.
Chakadola Foundation will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information or participant unavailability.
7. Liability
Chakadola Foundation makes every effort to provide quality services and programs.
However, we are not responsible for:
Incorrect information provided by participants
Delays caused by external circumstances
Events beyond our reasonable control
Any concerns must be reported immediately after the service or event.
8. Safety & Conduct
Our staff has the right to refuse service or participation in case of unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
Participants must maintain respectful conduct during Foundation activities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of Chakadola Foundation and must not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Privacy
Customer and participant information shared with Chakadola Foundation will be used only for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Changes to Terms
Chakadola Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sambalpur, Odisha courts only.
